Performance Project Expanded Berlin
Transdisciplinary Physical Theatre Training & Creation
The Performance Project Expanded is more than a typical theatre course or a classic performance project: it is a theatre-making journey culminating in one or several performances of an original work in Berlin or Leipzig. At the same time, it is a dynamic environment designed for those looking for a deep and impactful approach beyond traditional schools: professional performers aiming to refine their stage language, experienced practitioners exploring new methods, and theatre enthusiasts wishing to engage deeply with a guided artistic process.
Over the span of the project, you will receive a comprehensive introduction to Transdisciplinary Physical Theatre , along with practical tools for performance and production — from psychophysical training and research to concept development and staging.
At the same time, we will create an original performance supported by the guidance of an experienced director - or even two in the case of the Berlin project. You will have the opportunity to experiment, take creative risks, and develop your performance skills, within a process where artistic vision, technique, and collaboration intersect to produce a compelling and transformative theatre experience.
